Most people associate Colorado with the high mountain peaks and that is fine. That is definitely beautiful scenery and there is nothing wrong with that. But Colorado has also a huge plain area and the area where the high mountains meet with the plains: the Front Range.

Living in Boulder, Colorado, we couldn’t be any closer to this magical boundary. For some reason as much as I love the high country, I spend most of my running time covering the trails of the Front Range and find great beuty in this area.

This photo that I picked for my background is one of many that I took on one of my runs. I like to pause during my runs to absorb the great views. I hope you like this photo just as much I do.
